How WOIC Technologies collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Who we are

WOIC Technologies Private Limited ("WOIC", "we") operates the DealTrako website and platform.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, company, email, phone, country and password (stored as a secure hash).
  • Workspace data: the leads, contacts, tasks and other records you store in your CRM workspace. You own this data.
  • Billing information: plan, invoices and payment references. Card and bank details are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by us.
  • Usage information: log data, device and browser information, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) where you consent.

3. How we use information

To provide and secure the service, process payments, send service and billing emails, respond to inquiries and demo requests, and improve the product.

4. Data isolation and security

Each customer workspace is logically isolated. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access control, audit logs and encrypted storage of payment gateway credentials.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) or where required by law.

6. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your workspace data.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
