1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DealTrako, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity in your workspace.

3. Plans and fees

Free plans are limited to the user and storage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, send spam, upload unlawful content or interfere with the platform's security.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store. You grant DealTrako a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties except as expressly agreed in an Enterprise agreement.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or have unpaid fees. You may cancel at any time from your billing page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WOIC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the company's registered office having jurisdiction.
