Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan

The Free plan can be used indefinitely and requires no payment.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. One-time plans remain active until the end of the paid period. Auto-renewing subscriptions stop renewing at the end of the current cycle.

3. Refund eligibility

• First-time purchases may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the service does not meet your needs.
• Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] with your receipt number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

5. Failed payments

If money is debited but the payment fails to confirm, it is automatically reconciled or refunded by the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days.
